Education and Training

Degrees Required:
B.E B tech in mechanical engineering

You would need to earn a four years bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering the selection for which is based on the merit secured through entrance exams like JEE or separate exams held in state and national levels. There are also 2-3 years of Diploma courses that you can alternatively pursue in polytechnics. Upon completing a degree in mechanical engineering one can opt for an M.Tech or ME for further academic advancements.

A six months internship program is pre requisite after completion of your graduate degree wherein you are exposed to latest technological developments whole working on real life sponsored projects.
